Roti John
A much too simple savoury to prepare. I took less than 10 mins to get this done.

All you need is:
1 pack of hot dog rolls or french loaf
200gm minced meat
2 onions, diced
2 fresh red chilies, removed seed & cut lengthwise
3 stalk corriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
Crushed peppers
4 eggs, beaten
All you have to do is:
Put all ingredients into the beaten eggs (except the bread) and mix well. Season with salt & pepper. Preheat griddle which had been grease earlier. Slap the egg mixture into the sliced loaf and fry it till golden brown with middle heat. Serve with mayonnaise and dip in chilli sauce.
Woopsiee...while in the hurried manner, I accidently broke my boy's 7 years old magnetic frame...auuwww...

Simply satisfying!

Enjoy!

hey my dear, sorry you couldnt post a comment in my blog! here's what happened. some idiot has been posting rude & hurtful comments in my blog, calling me a bitch n all. i had no choice but to change my comment box to a haloscan one which can enable moderation. on top of that, i also banned that person's IP address which happened to share the same with you!! thats why u cant post a comment. im deciding to do this for now, until that person gets sick of the comment not getting approved, maybe he/she will stop.
right now, izit possible u leave a comment at my tagboard instead? so sorry about it, appreciate yr understanding.
btw, the roti john looks absolutely scrumptious!! u r really really a good cook. must "steal" yr recipe one day to try out. meanwhile, take care!
evan
oh by the way, i can also do the "transferring" of comments for u, if u dont mind. u leave a msg at the tagboard, i'll copy over to the comment box. viola! it will look no difference at all :p
hi, its me again! thx for yr kind words at my blog, i really appreciate it. btw, how do i address u? somehow it seems abit weird not to know yr name. i believe u r older than me? i can call u kak kak rite? =)
Hi evan, so sweet of u to call kak kak, oso can lah. BTW I'm sure we r far apart in age. Sure older than u lah sayang. Call me kak niss ok.
Love u!
hehe ok kak niss, nice to know u =) i really love yr recipes. i wanna try out the roti john soon. but i don't wanna use hot dog rolls. can use the french loaf instead? i prefer a more crispy texture.
Eve, for ur info, french loaf is the one they originally used. But here I used hotdog bun for the sake of my kids. You know they don't have strength to bite. But we elders prefers french loaf as what u mentioned earlier crispy yet crunchy.Yummm..gonna make again tomorrow for breakfast lah! What more if you go along with self-homemade chili sauce..*slurpp* not to forget the mayonaise!
