Pandan Layer's Recipe

To Evan, here it is.
Enjoy!
Ingredient A:
1 1/2 cup flour, sifted
2 tbsp finest rice flour
2 tbsp corn flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 cup coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup pandan juice**
Drops of green colouring
1/2 cup water
Method:
1. Mixed all ingredient A and filter, discard access lumps.
2. Prepare 2 bowls and divide it into 2 parts.
3. Add in the pandan juice and green colourings into 1 part of bowl mixture and let the other part of mixture in another bowl be in original colour (white).
4. Add in 1/2 cup of water into the original white mixture so that the dilution of the mixture is equivalent with the other green mixture.
5. Heat up steamer, whilst brush in some oil evenly around the desired mould.
6. Hereby, I used an 8"x2" round mould to fit into my 10" round steamer.
6. Pour in 2 scoops (approximately 80ml) of green mixture, close the lid and steam about 5 mins or till cooked.
7. Open lid carefully so as the access water won't drip into the mould and prepare another 2 scoops of white/original mixture and pour it onto the 1st layer and again steamed in for another 5 mins.
8. Continue layering varily till done.
9. Cut when cold.
Note: To get an unstickiness cutting problemo, grease in the knife with cooking oil. Likely to used a plastic knife.
**Pandan Juice
How to:
Get a handful of pandan leave (srewpine), wash and blend it with some water till fine.
Filter the juice, discarding away dregs.
